The BTS AirHook Trailer is a complete overhead fall protection system that complies to Australian & New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 5532:2013 and is mounted on a tow-able road registered trailer suitable for all road conditions.

The AirHook Trailer provides fall protection for up to two (2) workers, on an overhead anchor point that is easy to set-up. The main mast of the AirHook Trailer is raised or lowered using an Electric (DC) / hydraulic pump and valve arrangement.

The BTS AirHook Lite c/w self-retracting lifeline provides sites with an overhead anchorage point that can be moved around from application to application. The AirHook Lite is ideal for situations where an overhead structure to attach an anchor point may not exist or is unreachable.

Available with an adjustable height, the AirHook Lite provides for an overhead fall protection solution for a wide range of applications including working on top of countless earth moving machinery, maintenance and servicing of highway trucks, other larger plant equipment including generators, motors, etc.

The AirHook Lite can be also used as an effective overhead fall protection anchor when loading and unloading of goods from the back of trucks in distribution and warehouse facilities as it can be moved to multiple locations within a facility.

The BTS AirDavit is a permanently fixed articulated overhead fall arrest anchor point providing for fall protection for up to 2 workers.

Designed and manufactured for maximum worker safety with an articulating arm to provide an anchor point directly overhead, reducing the potential for injury from pendulum swing and reducing worker fatigue.

The system also contains an in-line shock absorbing feature, the AirDavit will absorb majority of the arrest forces generated in the event of a person falling whilst at the same time reducing the force impact to the attaching infrastructure.

With a working anchor point height of 5.7m and available in single and twin arm configuration, the BTS AirDavit is an ideal overhead fall protection anchor for both indoor and outdoor environments.

The BTS AirStep Engine Cowl Maintenance Stairs are designed with user safety in mind when accessing at heights work activity around aircraft engines.

With a wide ranging level of height and angle adjustment allows for the AirStep Engine Cowl Maintenance Ladders to be positioned close to aircraft engines so as to cover a greater work area with both open and closed engine cowls. Built-in fall protection with an SRL allows user to be protected from ground-up. Additional work positioning anchors allow for the user to restrain work position with work positioning straps.

The AirStep Engine Cowl Maintenance Ladder can be used on all different aircraft engines models including Trent, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce across many different aircraft models from both Airbus, Boeing and others. Areas such as main engine, nose & fan cowls plus pylon disconnect zones can be reached safely and with ease when using the AirStep Engine Cowl Maintenance Ladder.
