Shipping policy

Freight Free Policy:

  • We are pleased to offer Freight Free shipping for all orders shipped to a single delivery address within New Zealand, amounting to over $200.00 NZD plus GST.
  • Exclusions: This Freight Free offer does not apply to Express Courier Services, Oversized items, Drop Ship products, and Custom and Special-Order products.

Shipping Rates for Orders under $150 + GST:

  1. Standard 2 Day: $10.00 + GST
    • Nationwide, excluding the exclusions mentioned.
  2. Overnight Express: $20.00 + GST
    • Nationwide, excluding the exclusions mentioned.

Exclusions:

The following are excluded from both Freight Free Policy and standard shipping rates:

  • Express Courier Services: Costs will be calculated separately based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
  • Oversized Items: Additional charges will apply depending on the size and weight of the item.
  • Drop Ship Products: Products shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to separate shipping charges.
  • Custom and Special-Order Products: Shipping will be calculated separately, and customers will be informed of the cost before the order is confirmed.

Shipping Areas:

Currently, we are only shipping domestically within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

Returns & Replacements

If you would like to return an item please contact NZ Access at sales@nzacces.co.nz. You may be directed to return the item to our supplier’s warehouse for a quicker resolution of your claim. Please include a covering letter explaining your reasons for return. You can then return the parcel to the advised address, providing it meets the following criteria:

  • Goods must be returned as sold, (i.e. in the original packaging).
  • Certain products will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we can replace the product or make a refund to you.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned goods.

Please note: You must organise the return the items at your expense. Returns cannot be accepted without prior contact. If the return is due to a faulty product, or a mistake on behalf of NZ Access, courier collection can be arranged. This is entirely at the discretion of NZ Access, and cannot be requested.
